1. Definitions
"Content" means the digital image or media file to which this license is applied.
"Certifier" means the entity that issues this license and embeds the certification.
"Generation" indicates the derivation level: 0 = original source, 1+ = certified copy.
2. Grant of License
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Certifier grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the Content according to the selected license type (A, C, or CG).
3. Provenance
This license includes verifiable provenance information:
- Origin URL: The first publication location
- Origin Date: The first publication timestamp
- Filed Date: When this certification was created
- Certifier: The entity authorizing this license
4. Attribution
You must provide appropriate credit, a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. Attribution should include the cert URL (e.g., cert.aicu.ai/owner/YYMMDD).
5. Verification
This license can be verified at any time using the embedded C2PA manifest or by visiting the certification URL.
