許諾された生成環境での二次創作を認め、生成のたびに原作者へ還元するライセンス。

Permits derivative creation inside an authorized generation service, and returns a royalty to the original creator on every generation.

1. 何を許諾するか

1. 許諾された生成環境（現在は api.aicu.ai）において、対象キャラクター・作品をリファレンスとして生成すること
2. 生成物の商用利用（生成環境が定める範囲内）
3. 生成物への (GC) マークと来歴の付与

Generation using the licensed character/work as a reference inside the authorized generation service; commercial use of the output within the scope defined by that service; and attachment of the (GC) mark and provenance.

2. 還元

単位	生成 1 件ごと（per inference / generation）
報告	月次レポート。掲載期間・繰越を含む
検証	誰が・いつ・何から生成し・いくら還元したかを cert.aicu.ai/gc で確認できる

3. RSL 1.0 での表現

[email protected] は独自語彙ではなく、RSL 1.0 の payment type="use"（Per inference/generation use）として表現されます。 還元率と台帳の定義だけが、この文書に固有です。

4. 適用しないもの

• 許諾された生成環境の外での利用（別途の許諾が要る）
• モデルの学習・ファインチューニング（RSL では ai-train。GC は含まない）
• 原作そのものの再配布

5. 実装

『YOUKAI』の黒渕見介（クロブチ）で運用中。ファンが生成するたび、権利者 Studio YOUKAI へ還元されます。 詳細は 報酬還元技術：GC。
