AICU ライセンス標と RSL 1.0 の対応

AICU が提案してきたライセンス標（マーク）は、これまでどおり証明書に表示されます。この 1 ページが標の意味を定める正本で、それぞれの標が機械可読の国際標準 RSL 1.0 でどう表現されるかを対応付けます。人にはマークで、機械には RSL で、同じ条件を伝えます。

AICU license marks continue to appear on certificates. This page is the single source for what each mark means, and maps each mark to its machine-readable expression in RSL 1.0. People read the mark; machines read RSL; both say the same thing.

なぜ対応付けるのか。 標の意味を複数のページで書き続けると定義がずれます（実際に起きました）。定義をここ 1 か所に置き、機械可読の側は RSL 1.0（/license.xml と robots.txt）に委ねることで、標は変えずに AI クローラーや検索エンジンにも同じ条件が届きます。証明書ページの標をクリックするとこのページの該当項に飛びます。
Why map instead of replace: repeating definitions across pages let them drift. The definition lives here once; the machine-readable side is RSL 1.0, so the same terms reach crawlers and search engines without changing the marks people already know.

Aggregation + Commercial / アグリゲーション＋商用

集約に加えて営利利用を認める。コンテスト受賞作の掲載・プロモーション利用（規約の範囲）はこの標で記録される。

AI の学習データとしての利用を認める。RSL の標準トークン ai-train にそのまま対応する。

Contest License / コンテストライセンス

コンテスト応募作に適用される条件。内容は各コンテストの規約が定める（RSL では表現しない）。

Generative Creator / 生成のたびに原作者へ還元

生成 AI が作品を使うたびに原作者へ配分が記録される、AICU 独自の還元ライセンス。RSL の payment type="use" に載せ、条件の正本は [email protected] / [email protected]。解説は /gc-royalty。

AICU's creator-return license: each generative use is recorded for return to the original creator. Carried on RSL payment type="use"; canonical terms at [email protected] / [email protected].

サイト全体の既定 / Site-wide defaults

cert.aicu.ai のテキスト（証明書の記述・文書）は検索・AI 入力・学習を認め、画像と作品（配信ホスト noai-cert.aicu.ai）は AI 利用を認めません。個別の証明書に付いた標が、その作品についてこの既定を上書きします。機械可読の宣言は /license.xml と /robots.txt、設計の正本は GitHub の docs/spec/rsl-adoption.md です。
